"Emotional Health Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may recover from their emotional problems and help others who still suffer to find a new way of life. We are not professionals. The only requirement for membership is an honest desire to recover from emotional and mental illness not related to substance abuse. We are not allied with any particular faith, sect or denomination, nor do we wish to oppose anyone. We simply wish to be helpful to those who are afflicted."
