Compulsive Eaters Anonymous-H.O.W. (CEA-HOW)is a 12 step program for compulsive eaters and food addicts. We offer a disciplined and structured approach to recovery from food addiction. We are not a diet club. However, we do use a food plan and have a defined abstinence of no sugar, no refined flour, three meals a day - weighed and measured with nothing in between. We apply the principles of the 12 Step program, using the AA “Big Book” and the AA “12 Steps and 12 Traditions” as tools of examination and release. All of us came to CEA-How to lose weight. In the beginning it was our primary focus, but we soon came to discover that CEA-How offers so much more!
