These free worksheets are available for your use in working the 12 step program. These worksheets can be viewed, edited and extended as you have need using any one of many available word processors. These worksheets are mostly a list of questions for each step where you can write out your own personal answers to the questions. This can give you some framework for working through each of the steps.

These questions were compiled and edited by the administrator for the 12Step.org site and are free of any copyright to the best of our knowledge (i.e., they are in the public domain).

These worksheets are available in Microsoft Word format, Rich Text Format (RTF), PDF format or Excel format in some cases. In line with the 12 traditions, these worksheets are free to download and use for your recovery in any way that you please as long as you do not sell them. The hope is that you will use them yourself and pass them on to others in need.
