are mostly a list of questions for each step where you can write out
your own personal answers to the questions. This can give you some
framework for working through each of the steps.
These questions are not perfect and do not claim to take the
place of working with a therapist, sponsor or good friend, so if
you feel the need for a therapist to work through these issues,
